At Pup Labs, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and signs of wear.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
